Relapse Records Official Store offers a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most merchandise, provided items are in their original, unplayed, or unworn condition. Please note that opened vinyl, CDs, and cassettes are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Secure Packaging
Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy equivalent to ensure that vinyl corners and media cases are protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a trackable method to our distribution center, keeping your tracking number for reference.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 5-7 business days.
